Communication that is “brain-sticky.” That captures the brain’s attention. The brain cares first and foremost about survival, and attends automatically to 3 main things:
1. What’s new (because it could be dangerous.)
2. What’s relevant (to the survival of the species and your prospect)
3. Emotion
95% of business communications are unoriginal; irrelevant; and FAIL to stir emotion.
So prospects’ brains don’t process them. And you are forgotten.
