Years ago, my life purpose pretty much announced itself in the form of the proverbial burning bush. It was sudden, undeniable and brilliant. In just a few days, life I as I knew it changed. Not because of any act of God; I didn't lose my house or my job or my physical health. I read a book and everything I thought was, wasn't any longer. I left the suburban lifestyle I had come to count on and set out to change the world. It was a grandiose notion, but one that kept feeding me through endless ups and downs that were to come.

Two years after the bush, I was certified as an Empowerment Coach at The Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaches in New Jersey. For the next five years, I taught individuals and organizations unique and powerful techniques for getting results from themselves and from those around them. I worked one-on-one with CEO's, entrepreneurs, executives, writers, artists, couples, and many others. I also led coaching groups, classes, and spoke for organizations and corporations such as Roche; American Standard; Pace University; St. John's University; the YEO and YPO; churches and other non-profits.

In time, I realized that I needed to be in front of a room far more often. With the desire to bring my years of coaching material to audiences, I became certified as a trainer by Peak Potentials, North America's fastest-growing training company. If you have been to any of their programs, most famously The Millionaire Mind Intensive, then you know a bit about how they conduct their hugely popular seminars. These days-long events are high-impact, high-energy, profoundly valuable and incredibly fun! When I first saw them, I said to myself, I must be trained to do what they do with audiences! And alas, I was.

Soon, Inspired Leadership Training was born, with its foundational training, Secrets of Impact & Influence, which teaches business owners a whole "New Paradigm" of public speaking that is powerful, engaging, fun and, above all, effective.

Inspired Leadership Training includes more trainings, as well as one-on-one consulting and coaching. Its motto, "Revolutionizing The Way We All Succeed," is an outgrowth of my now-nearly-decade-long drive to change the way things are done. The way things are perceived. The way, ultimately, we as a race, succeed.

I shifted from coach to trainer specifically to impact the movers-and-shakers--who, in our culture, are the business owners. I believe as one yourself, you are likely to share with others what you learn at Inspired Leadership Training; to "pay-it-forward." And that's the real reason I do what I do: I want to change the world through empowerment, effectiveness and fun--but I need your help to do it.
